Staff

We pride ourselves on having a highly qualified staff. All staff working in pre-school have;

•  a recognised level III qualification.
• undertake a range of continuous professional development training each year to ensure we retain and extend our skills.
• are DBS checked prior to starting work at Stannington Village Pre-School.
• undertake paediatric first aid training every three years as required by the EYFS.
• undertake mandatory safeguarding training.  
• safeguarding lead & deputy undertake advanced training as required by the local authority safeguarding board.
•  undertake food hygiene training.
