We are a community based pre-school. We welcome children from 2 years old to school age. We will give your child the opportunity to make friends, play and learn in a safe and stimulating environment, supported by highly trained well qualified staff.
We will work with you to ensure your child has the chance to develop the skills that support their growing independence and maturity, and when they are ready we will helps ease the move to formal education.
We have been a well established and respected part of the local community for over 20 years. We were rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted in our last inspection (May 2018).
We provide funded and paid for sessions. There are Funded places for 3 and 4 year olds and for qualifying 2 year olds, get in touch for details. (See our Places page for more information).
We provide Breakfast club from 8am & late finish to 4pm subject to availability and demand.
New committee members wanted – Could you spare a few hours?
We are looking for new members to assist with the running of the committee.
We meet once a half term, currently on a Wednesday evening for a couple of hours.
No experience is needed just an ability to get on with people and an ability to muck in and get on.
It is a great opportunity to use existing business, employment or management skills or to develop completely new skills for a future CV, plus you make an appreciable difference to a vibrant local provision. This is a volunteer role and is unpaid.
If you would like more information please take a look at the Committee page or would just like to talk to someone about the role, please contact Anne Fellows on 01142349970 or email at SVPS@mail.com.
Thank you !
We cant thank those of you who nominated us as their chosen cause enough. We have been able to lay artificial grass in part of our garden. This has had a dramatic effect on our ability to play outside in all weathers.
Thank you to the Co-op Local Community Fund for helping you all to make such a difference.
