We pride ourselves on having a highly qualified staff. All staff working in pre-school have;

a recognised Early Years qualification.
undertake a range of continuous professional development training each year to ensure we retain and extend our skills.
are DBS checked prior to starting work at Stannington Village Pre-School.
undertake paediatric first aid training every three years as required by the EYFS.
undertake mandatory safeguarding training.
safeguarding lead & deputy undertake advanced training as required by the local authority safeguarding board.
undertake food hygiene training.
